Privacy Policy
We don’t sell your data to anyone. You can cancel and delete your account at any time.
This policy explains how Paolo Narciso, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Saecora app and at saecora.com. It covers the TestFlight beta and the public App Store release.
1. What we collect
Account. If you use Sign in with Apple, we get an identifier from Apple and, if you allow it, your name and email. Apple’s private relay email is fully supported.
Apple Health and Apple Watch. With your permission, we read workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and related data. We use it to calculate readiness and training load. You control access in the Health app and can turn it off at any time.
Training and nutrition logs. Sessions, races, how a session felt, meals, calories and protein that you enter.
Diagnostics. Crash reports and anonymous usage data, so we can find bugs and see which features get used.
Beta signup. Your email and primary sport, used only to send your TestFlight invite and updates about the beta.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to provide and improve Saecora: building your plan, adjusting load to your readiness, setting nutrition targets, and fixing problems. We do not use Health data for advertising or marketing, and we never sell it or share it with data brokers.
3. Coach share links
If you create a share link, anyone with that link can see a read-only report: your readiness, upcoming sessions and next training block. Only share it with people you trust. You can revoke a link in Settings at any time, and it stops working immediately.
4. Who we share with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting and crash reporting. They are bound by contract to use it only for that. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
5. Your choices
You can cancel at any time. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. You can delete your account and its data from within the app, or email us and we will delete it. You can also ask for a copy of your data or correct it.
6. Security, retention and age
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep it while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account. Saecora is for adults. It is not directed at children under 16.
7. Changes and contact
