Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Paolo Narciso, LLC. They cover your use of the Saecora app and saecora.com. By using Saecora, you agree to them.
1. Not medical advice
Saecora gives general training and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. Talk to a physician before starting or changing a training or nutrition program, especially if you have a heart condition or other health concerns. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
2. The TestFlight beta
Beta builds are pre-release software distributed through Apple’s TestFlight. Features may change, break or be removed. Data may be reset between builds. Builds expire on Apple’s schedule. We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it to improve Saecora without owing you anything for it.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Saecora. You are responsible for activity on your account and for any coach share links you create. Don’t misuse the app, reverse-engineer it or use it to break the law.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Any paid plans are billed through your Apple ID. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles refunds under its policies.
5. Your data
You own your training data. We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your data to anyone.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Saecora is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Paolo Narciso, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injuries from training. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Apple
These terms are between you and Paolo Narciso, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Saecora or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app when we do. If you keep using Saecora after an update, you accept the new terms. You can stop using Saecora and delete your account at any time. Questions: pnarciso@icloud.com.
